What materials are used in your clothing? +
We use organic combed and ringspun cotton for most of our clothing and accessories, which is soft, breathable, and better for the planet. Our items are made using eco-friendly, water-based inks, and we avoid harsh chemicals in the production process.
How do I find the right size for clothing and shoes? +
You can use our handy filter to find the styles available in your shoe size. Our Pride shoes (including high tops, slip-ons and trainers) are available in US sizes ranging from 5 to 13.
How do I care for my LGBTQ clothing and shoes? +
Wash your Pride shoes gently clean with a damp cloth and make sure they’re completely dry before storing them. Our LGBTQ+ shoes are made with high-quality inks that are designed for longevity.
What printing techniques do you use? +
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with water-based, eco-conscious inks that are soft to the touch and designed to last. The ink we use is Oeko-Tex™ certified, along with being eco-friendly. DTG printing provides sharper prints and higher resolution than other methods as it’s a digital process.
Where do you ship to? +
We ship worldwide, with partners all over the globe. Orders are created and shipped from the facility that is most efficient depending on where you are, although we don’t have UK-based facility so all items are imported. It’s worth noting that orders over £135 will incur a customs charge at the point of delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
How often do you release new designs? +
We launch designs for new rainbow shoes regularly. If there’s an identity you don’t currently see represented in designs on our website, we’d love to hear from you so please get in touch with your ideas.
