We know that sometimes things go wrong and you might have an issue with something you've bought. If this happens you must notify us within 10 days of the day the item was delivered.

If the item is damaged or the design is crooked, fear not, we will replace it free of charge. Email us at contact@therainbowstores.com with a couple of clear images showing the issue and give us your order number. You'll find a sympathetic and lovely human our end who'll help you.

This product is made for adults. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. Hand-wash only. Light pressure might be needed to close the lid during the first uses, as it can take a few times for the straw to take the appropriate shape inside the bottle.
